Garden Villa Condos 

Our community is made up of 14 buildings with 81 condos with a diverse population of renters and owners consisting of couples, families, singles and retirees.  Living in such close proximity, the Condominium Association has implemented guidelines and policies in order to promote peaceful living conditions and beautiful surroundings for the residents, thus making life more enjoyable.
